Description of the Issue: When you’re selling oxy, sometimes an NPC will be in an unreachable location, this can lead to some minor inconvenience on the player’s part.
Expected Results: Find NPC, sell oxy.
Actual Results: NPC is in Narnia and becoming one with a building

- Oxy car
- Do a few runs
- Eventually come across a bugged NPC in/on a building
