[FIXED] Pillbox has no Garbage

  1. when you get the job to go to the hopsital to empty their trash, when you get there. it just sends you to the next location
  2. it should allow you to pick up trash from the hospital,
    3.it essentially skips a stop on the trash route, hindering my income.
  3. do the trash job until you get hospital route to reproduce

Do believe Alex already removed the pillbox stop.

There used to be dumpsters at pillbox, with the removal of those dumpsters, there was no reason to have a stop there.

Also those stops should be random…so should have little to no effect on income.
