[FIXED] GSR resulting from throwing special items

Description of the Issue:
8 ball causes GSR when used

Expected Results:
GSR should not be produced when using an 8ball, only a gun

Actual Results:
GSR is present on person

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. equip 8ball special item
  2. throw 8balls
  3. submerge into water to remove GSR

This was the case for all special items, should be fixed in todays patch.
