Fall out of car when loaded in when carried

Description of the Issue:
You cant load people into car while carrying them (this only the case when you are not EMS) Works fine if you put them down before loading.

Expected Results:
person loaded stays in car

Actual Results:
they fall out

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Load person in car
  2. Watch them fall out
  3. Be confused

I think there was some specific code added for EMS to fix this, this will probably be fixed later on.
