Description of the Issue: So I accidently came across a bug which allowed me to have unlimited health regen. I was kicked off a bike, then proceesded to use a medkit and it dissappeared from my hand. Then I was punched by someone and i regened the health.
Expected Results: Regen health until medkit wears of or until it is cancelled
Actual Results: Unlimited Health regen with nothing in hands.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.sit on a bike
2.Hotwire said bike
3.get kicked off bike
4. whilst hotwiring and off the bike, use a medkit.
5. Then the medkit will dissappear once the hotwiring is complete and you will have unlimited health regen.
