When you be in the city with your friends or alone, suddenly you see that there is server restart as scheduled OR for a fix, we usually call it “Tsunami”, it would make very great sense that we all wait for a tsunami to hit us while there is a thunder storm rain going on before it happen for 5 minutes or so… so you have the real feelings, this can give us more roleplay and realistic feelings, while standing in the thunder storm… waiting for tsunami to happen, which by this feelings can produce more roleplay experience and feelings happening around, some people be like "oh I will take a sheilter to what so ever.

This would be a really cool idea, it would be nice to see storms used more strategically rather than super random
