Storage unit would work just like the storage in a house, just without the house part. so its just a storage unit that is outside, so players have to be out in the open to access them and they should cost something daily/weekly/monthly.
And the realtor job should be handled by players in a company, that should be able to sell either lower or higher tier houses, that are not currently avaliable. so every house has a function, instead of just being there for the looks.
i would love to run both these companys by the way, if anything gets decided further on this idea.
