Description of the Issue: Sometimes when there is a car wipe on the server, the robbery truck despawns too. Resulting in a failed robbery and being unable to rob for the rest of the night (since the “robbery UI” elements will stay visible and the player is unable to start the robbery event again)
Expected Results: robbery truck should not despawn
Actual Results:robbery truck despawns resulting in a failed robbery
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start a robbery
2.wait for a car wipe
3.robbery truck despawns
4. being unable to start the robbery event again (with robbery UI elements still visible)
