I have the Tier 2 Pass and I still cannot flex my P muscle to access peoples ID above their heads. I have checked my FiveM settings and I am still searching for a solution. 
If you have your sub perks like /submenu and /ooc, go ahead and try rebinding the key in your keybinds under FiveM. Please note that you will not see your own ID above your head and will need to find a player to test on.
If you do not have your other sub perks, your characters did not receive them and you will need to head into a bot-spam channel on the Discord and type !subsync. If this does not work, please open a ticket. Thank you.
