If you added this in it would help everyone who plays very late or very early, you can disable the auto mechanic whenever there are mechanics on. People who have 1 car have to wait hours or days before they can get their car fixed. The charge rate can be extremely high if this is what it takes

This is a good idea. Ive hopped in at weird times of the day, and theres literally no shops open.
