Description of the Issue:
When attempting to click on profile to setup you get "Failed to retrieve player’s profile.
Expected Results:
When you click on the icon it should let you setup/customize your profile.
Actual Results:
You get the below error message.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Click Matchmaker on phone
- Click on profile
- Loads indefinitely and gives the error linked.
