Suggestion: Make Gun License fall under the same category as weapons. This mean they each have their own serial number along with durability and quality. The current weapon license can be held by anyone for a long time. It can be stored and held without destroying over time. This can make it extremely easy for Crims to have a license and never loose it.
How will it expand RP: It would cause more interaction with non crims and crims. People who receive a license will only be able to have it for a curtain amount of time until it “expires” aka it has durability reach 0. People would have to purchase new gun license and it would cause crims to have to search for a gun license or use other weapons for robberies. These interactions could help lessen the amount of people holding on to gun license when they have been doing crime for months while getting arrested.
