[FIXED] Pink cage and Star light still bugged

Description of the Issue:
everytime you try and move an item from draw to player inventory it dosent move and sticks in the draw in the same slot it was in.
Expected Results:
For AK to go in my pockets
Actual Results:
AK stays in Draw
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open pink cage/starlight draw
  2. attempt to remove old items left in there before the apartments were bugged
