Description of the Issue: when you pull out a company mining truck it sometimes bugs and when you refuel it stays at 100 fuel
Expected Results: it uses fuel to drive
Actual Results: it doesnt

- pull out a company mining truck
- refuel it
- some stay full and dont ever get empty
