[FIXED] ADS breaks in vehicles

When you initially ADS in a vehicle there is a sight dot, if you stop ads and then try again there is no sight dot:
Sight dot to be there with every ADS:
No sight dot after the initial ADS:
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. ADS in a vehicle
  2. Release ADS button
  3. ADS again and no sight

There will likely be a change for how this is done in the future, mainly just disable the red dot and still use the default gta dot.
