The idea is that each business that uses uniforms would have a small place somewhere that allows employees to change into their uniform just like ems and pd. Uniforms that have been bitcoined into city would ONLY be available to those who are EMPLOYED by said company.
It would make it more realistic, because in real life companies don’t just hand their uniforms out to random civilians. When uniforms are allowed to be worn by random civilians it takes away the specialty of when someone sees them at the uniform.
It would increase RP at the jobs because employees would come in and actually change RP. RP coming in and using the changing area to get dressed like you do at jobs irl.
Gangs go around tormenting people for wearing their cuts, bandanas, colors, etc. However there is no protection for business uniforms of those who are working their ass off and providing to the city.
