Description of the Issue: Whenever you /me in your appartment everyone in the same appartment block has the /me appear above their head and in their chat like they said it too.
Expected Results: The /me’s staying private in just your appartment.
Actual Results: Everyone in the appartment block sees your /me’s and has them above their head.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go into a appartment
- Do “/me blame Avarian” for example.
- It appears above the heads of everyone or a certain person in the same appartment block.
