It would be nice if when buying a house or apartment 2 or more people could receive a set of keys and access to inventory space. With the cost of housing as expensive as it is, myself and several friends in the city have declined purchasing any homes since only 1 person can actually have access to everything. However if it were possible to share the living space with at least 1 other person I believe people would be more inclined to spend the money on it. Since there isn’t any options to share it deters folks from making the investment.
