Should’ve been fixed as of the latest restart
I am having this same issue; I have been in the city for a week and have never had access to Twitter.
When I try to create a name, nothing happens. (Similar to this person’s clip).
I have done " phone:restart " and " cleared cache ".
Support recommended that I post a bug fix report but then I noticed this post and figured I’d comment here for help.
Let me know if you need my specific user information to fix.
This might be fixed next restart.

Sounds good, thanks for the update! Not having Twitter all this time has been a bummer!
Still not able to access Twitter. I am assuming a restart has been done since your last update; anything else I can try to get it to work?
